I had an appointment yesterday with my cardiologist and they were so proud of me...
They said I looked great ....I think they were talking about all the weight I lost...LOL!
My blood work was really good...My over all cholesterol was less then 100...Bad LDL was so low
it came up N/A (should be less then 70).....The good HDL was only 18 (should be 40-50) but they said that
would come up to a normal level once I started riding my stationary bike and treadmill...Now that I'm getting stronger I will start exercising.....
The dizzy spells and shortness of breath have finally left me....They changed my B/P meds
took out the water pill part..That was causing a lot of my problems since they
put the stents in my heart......I guess that changed a lot that was going on with my body...
I still have the seven year Itch LOL!!.... they said it could be the Plavix.... we are
going to wait before we discuss any changes there on the plavix.....
They have something else I can take that will take the place of plavix
but that means I would have to go back every two weeks for blood work...
(I don't think so...)
I'm doing real good on my special diet...
Its working not only for my heart but my diabetes as well...
I'm starting to feel like a new woman..LOL!!!

My big Bro and his wife left to go back to California
and I miss him already...Our Granddaughter will be flying
in from Minnesota on the 19th of this month for a week
